We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our team the opportunity to fill the space and accommodate other guests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Cancellation

f you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% service charge will apply. After one no-show, future appointments may require prepayment or a deposit to secure your time with us.

No-Shows

We completely understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please notify the salon as soon as possible. We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Arriving more than 15-minutes late may require your service to be adjusted to fit within the remaining appointment time, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

Late Arrivals

All prices are subject to change and may vary based on hair length, thickness, or additional time and product needed. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and ​Apple Pay. Gratuity is always appreciated and can be added to card payments or given directly to your stylist​ with cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

Pricing & Payments

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not completely happy with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll be happy to make any reasonable adjustments with the same stylist. Product purchases and service refunds are not available, but we will always do our best to ensure you love your results.
